Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

When you buy: your email address, and the name, country and payment details you enter in Stripe's checkout. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store them.

When you activate the software: your licence key and your MetaTrader 5 account number, so the licence can be bound to one account.

When you write to us: your name, email and message.

Technical data: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and time of request) for security and operation.

2. Why we use it

To process your subscription, send your licence and download link, check your licence from the software, provide support, prevent fraud and meet legal and tax obligations. We do not sell or rent your data and we do not use it for advertising.

3. Who processes it for us

Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Resend (transactional email) and our email provider. Each handles data only to provide its service to us.

4. Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Stripe may set cookies on its checkout page to process payments securely.

5. How long we keep it

Licence data is kept while your subscription is active and for up to 3 years afterwards for accounting, tax and dispute purposes, unless you ask us to delete it earlier where the law allows.

6. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to support@voltus-system.com. Residents of California (CCPA/CPRA), the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom (GDPR) have these rights under their laws; we will answer within the legal deadlines.

7. Security

Data travels encrypted (HTTPS) and access to it is restricted. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect it.

8. Children

The service is not for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Changes and contact
